This session runs at the same time as the Brand Bath interactive workshop
Living & Working Well Panel Discussion
Making a place where you can live well and work well is at the heart of this discussion.
At the 2022 conference, we heard about the challenges businesses are facing with transport and housing which make it more challenging to find excellent employees.
This year we will hear from industry experts who have insight into issues faced by employers and employees and can share insights in to solutions from elsewhere.
Panellists
The session will be chaired by Lynne Fernquest from Bath Rugby Foundation who will be supported by a panel comprising:
Pip Galland – chair of Bath Mind
Toby Howkins – of WECA Good Employment Charter team
James Scott – Founder and COO of Stories – a socially responsible developer
Lucy Cotterell – HR Consultant from Mogers Drewett
Allison Herbert – CEO of Bath BID, presenting findings from our survey of people employed in the city about how it feels to work here.
As chair, Lynne will facilitate a group discussion on further activity which could involve us all, working together to tackle the barriers to employment and the people in employment. If you have a question which you would like to submit to the panel, please let us know via email.
