Join Art Therapist Samantha Hickman for a slow walk around the tranquility of Beckford’s Tower, to ground in the space and notice the natural fauna available.
Spend some time by yourself or with friends reconnecting with the peaceful surroundings, whilst creating an artwork inspired by the environment.
Create your own journey stick to represent your thoughts and reflections as you connect with yourself through nature.
