Asian Street Food at Morso Vegan

Asian street food offers not just spice but also salty, sweet, sour and bitter flavours that come together in perfectly balanced dishes. Testament to the delicious food, they’ve been running this flavour-packed class for 20 years now and it is still one of our most popular.
At Morso Vegan, you will learn how to use coriander, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, garlic, tamarind and chillies. How to whizz up fresh sambals, marinades and dips without the ubiquitous fish sauce. How to make tofu taste really delicious. We will also show you how to use ingredients such as green papaya, black rice and mung beans and where to source them.
The course is hands on with some demonstration. The menu will include street food such as:
