Get your groove on and dance yourself fit in this fusion of dance, aerobics and Zumba. This event is a fun, fierce dancing blast — a high energy and fast-paced cardio workout, busting moves and burning calories!
A team of instructors will take you through a range of dance styles and intensity levels, and there may be a dance challenge too!
We’ll dance to a playlist of fun, feel-good tracks guaranteed to get your heart pumping and put a smile on your face.
