Combe Grove Horticulture, Wildlife and Conservation Talk and Tour
7 February @ 11:00 am – 12:30 pm

Join our Wildlife and Conservation Team Leader, Steve Hill and Horticulture Apprentices as they take you on a tour around Combe Grove’s Kitchen Garden and conservation areas. Learn about how we use sustainable practices to generate our organically grown produce, the future plans for the kitchen garden and the nutritional benefits of embracing our ‘field to fork’ philosophy.
Take a walk to our new wildlife pond that is thriving with native species and learn what The Conservation Team have been doing to help habitats and biodiversity around our 70-acre estate. After a stroll through our protected woodlands enjoy herbal tea around the campfire with time to ask questions about our beautiful, wild estate, nutrition (joined by nutrionalist Emma Patch) and our ethos here at Combe Grove.
Please be aware that the ground in the woodlands can be uneven and bring appropriate footwear.
Parking
Please park in the top car park off of Claverton Down Road and wait at the top car park for the Kitchen Garden Tour.
Tickets
Tickets are £10 and all payments go into the Combe Grove Charitable Trust bursary fund in order to donate free Metabolic Health retreat places to those in the local community referred for complimentary places by their GP.
