Laughter Yoga

When was the last time you had a good belly laugh? It is well known that laughter is the best medicine for mental and physical wellbeing. It reduces stress levels and improves calm, confidence and connection. We don’t laugh because we are happy, but we are happy because we laugh. In this session we smile, breathe, clap, play, move and of course laugh. No yoga poses or equipment required.
