Leadership Dialogues 2025

After last year’s success, Leadership Dialogues is returning for 2025! Join the team at the Forum Bath for Bath’s premier leadership event which is now attracting international speakers and delegates from across the UK.
This year’s theme is Leadership as a Force for Good – building upon the five pillars of Intentional Leadership (Aspire, Ally, Adapt, Accelerate, Accountable) – the event seeks to focus on making a positive impact, whether for your enterprise, community, civil society or the nation. Key speakers this year include Atul Khosla, the founder of Leadership et Humanite from Chicago, Peter Jelkeby, Chief Sustainability Officer at IKEA, Ian Smith, Chairman of Surry Hills NHS Integrated Care Trust, and many others.
For the anticipated 400 delegates, the day is divided between the motivational speeches from leaders who share their own stories, alongside break-out sessions where delegates can connect and explore how they might collaborate to achieve greater impact in their own sectors and communities.
