Mental Health First Aid Course

Become a qualified Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®)! You will learn how to recognise individuals who may be experiencing poor mental health and provide them with first-level support and early intervention. You will receive three years of certification, plus access to training resources and ongoing learning opportunities.
The course is broken down into four live online sessions, 9.30am – 1.30pm
Your course materials include:
– A workbook to support learning throughout the course
– A wallet-sized reference card with the Mental Health First Aid action plan
