The online half-day Mental Health First Aid Refresh course helps maintain your awareness of mental health support strategies and updates your knowledge on influencing factors. Designed for those who completed the Adult MHFA® or MHFA Champion course 2-3 years ago, you’ll practice the Mental Health First Aid action plan, gain access to course resources and keep your Mental Health First Aider qualification active.
