Molton Brown Bath Artists of Note with Bath Spa University Collaboration
28 August – 17 October
The Molton Brown store is a beautiful boutique shop in the centre of Bath. They are inviting the creative students of Bath Spa University and their alumni to create a piece of art inspired by one of their iconic scents. Each submission receives a goody bag of Molton Brown samples (limited stock). These will be short-listed and the six finalists’ work displayed in their store. Guests will be asked to vote for their favourite piece and the winner will receive an Eau de Parfum of their icon from Molton Brown.
Between 28 August and 7 October, you can visit the store during opening hours to see the space where your work could be displayed. They are also open until 8 p.m. on 4 September. Discuss with their fragrance experts the inspiration behind each scent and try them out before you decide which iconic fragrance really speaks to you.
Whether it’s poetry, ceramics, texiles, photography, graphic design or fine art, or something we haven’t even thought of. Whatever the scent says to you, feel free to express it in that form. As a Brand championing beauty that’s kinder to the environment your piece MUST be sustainable.

Photographs should be High Res and no larger than 3MB.
Please include in your email your full name and contact number.
Ask for the full brief for the size of the spaces available.
Please submit a short description of their piece and inspiration for it, no longer than 200 words which, if selected as a Finalist, will be displayed on an A6 postcard by their piece. Please also explain what the medium used in your piece is.
The Finalists will be asked to bring their pieces in to the store before 14th October. Please note that all artwork will be displayed at your own risk and Molton Brown is not liable for any loss or damage to the pieces.
