About Jim Hughes
Through his unique, outdoor focused brand of coaching, events and speaking, Jim has provided transformative experiences to leaders and teams around the world.
His mission is to help his clients reconnect with themselves, their team and their work.
Jim experienced the cost of feeling disconnected from his true self – impacting not just his energy levels and confidence, but also his ability to lead, his creativity and his health.
And so, for the past seven years, he’s been on a mission to help amazing people and organisations avoid the same fate, and by doing so, improve their communication, empathy, cohesion and productivity.
Leveraging his extensive life experience, that encompasses everything from running a multimillion dollar engineering business in Australia, to skiing the world’s longest giant slalom race wearing only a g-string and pretending to be an electrical engineer for eight months, he approaches his work how he approaches life…with energy, commitment and fun.
Jim is happiest when he’s in nature, working closely with a group of committed people, blending deep conversations and raw honesty, with fun and adventure.
