Join No.1 Royal Crescent for their monthly children’s creative workshops. Led by local artists, these fun and engaging sessions will introduce you to lots of different ways to make art! This workshop will be on:
Creative Collage
Get inspired by the beautiful buildings of Bath, and create a layered paint and collage artwork exploring the geometry and forms of Bath architecture.
Led by artist Taryn Thomas, the session will explore the history behind the city’s design and introduce collage, painting and observational skills in a relaxed and creative environment.
About the Artist
Taryn Thomas specialises in traditional artwork using watercolour and oil paints, and is deeply interested in the History of Art with some favourite artists being Monet, Van Gogh and Alan Stephens Foster. Taryn is an undergraduate history student currently studying at Bath Spa University.
