Join No.1 Royal Crescent for their new monthly children’s creative workshops. Led by local artists, these fun and engaging sessions will introduce you to lots of different ways to make art! This month is;
Remix the Royal Crescent
Learn how to use unconventional materials and techniques to create collaborative and individual artworks, inspired by the Royal Crescent and the beautiful Bath landscape.
The session will use colourful light projection, drawing, yarn weaving and collaborative making.
It promises to be a really creative and fun session that will show Bath’s skyline and famous buildings in a totally new light.
About the Artist
Rosie Coward is a multi-media artist who likes to take a playful approach to materials. She often uses recycled, found objects that she turns into large-scale, colourful rooms. Rosie specialises in painting, interactive light art and mood-boosting installations. She is currently making a painting that you can walk into for her degree show exhibition at Bath Spa University.
