Printing with Leaves Workshop

Enjoy a day printing with leaves in an historic Bath venue, the Museum of Bath Architecture at the Countess of Huntingdon’s Chapel.
You will learn how to choose suitable leaves for printing and how to prepare them to print with using a heat press. You will prepare the leaves and backgrounds in the morning and after lunch print beautiful and often surprising designs onto fabric. Artist Clare Walsh will guide you through the process, teaching techniques and explaining the relevance to Georgian Design.
This will be a very relaxed workshop, suitable for all abilities. All materials will be provided. Tea and coffee will be available. Please bring your own lunch.
