About the speakers

Rachel Davies

Rachel is a BANT Registered Nutritionist and Health Coach. Whilst working in very stressful jobs in her 20’s Rachel experienced uncomfortable digestive symptoms, hormone imbalances and anxiety- believing it to be the norm. By addressing her nutrition and relationship with food, alongside understanding what lifestyle approaches worked best for her, she was able to transform her health and wellbeing. Rachel is now passionate about supporting busy people to do the same, to improve their health and wellbeing for good.

Passionate about hormone health, Rachel understands how hormonal imbalances can affect every aspect of a woman’s well-being—from energy levels and mood to digestion and sleep. Her evidence-based approach focuses on nourishing the body and mind through diet, lifestyle adjustments, and stress management, helping women build resilience and thrive in both their personal and professional lives.

Rachel runs a busy 1:1 private practice as well as supporting businesses to educate their employees on how best to support their workplace performance through nutrition and lifestyle choices. She uses a personalised approach to get to the root cause of symptoms and coach her clients back to wellness. She has experience across a wide range of conditions including gut health, hormone imbalance, fatigue, sleep issues, mental health, fertility and more.

Olivia – Bath Mama Fitness

Olivia is a fitness and confidence coach based in Bath, specialising in supporting women during pregnancy and postnatal recovery. She helps rebuild strength, develop confidence, and foster a positive mindset. After navigating her own challenges with hormonal imbalances, Olivia researched how exercise can support hormonal health. She now empowers women to train in sync with their menstrual cycle and address imbalances through a holistic approach to fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Holly Warren

Yoga has always been at the heart of my journey – a practice of connecting body, breath, and inner stillness.

Introduced to meditation at seven, I spent summers volunteering at silent retreats in Germany and later traveled to India to deepen my study of yoga. Movement has been a lifelong passion, from community dance in childhood to a career as a professional contemporary dancer.

In recent years, I’ve focused on understanding the female body and its powerful transitions – through cycles, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Yoga has offered me and the women I guide a space to honour these changes, listen to the body, and approach each phase with compassion.

This connection to yoga has shaped my work, from facilitating breath and meditation workshops across Europe to teaching yoga teacher trainings in London, Manchester and Bath.

At my core, I am driven by a desire for connection – within myself, with others, and with the present moment. My mission is to support others in feeling embodied, present, and ready to face the world with courage and warmth.

Dr Sam Morgan – Rethink Menopause

Dr Sam Morgan is a British Menopause Society Accredited Menopause Specialist Doctor and Trainer with 20 years of experience as an NHS GP. She believes strongly in the power of information and loves to talk menopause, whether that’s delivering bespoke training to clinicians; businesses or at the menopause awareness events she runs in community spaces. Sam believes in a personal approach for all, and during consultations integrates lifestyle advice with HRT and non-hormonal treatment regimes.   Sam is also a yoga teacher and teaches yoga for menopause, recognising the benefits of this ancient practice on health and well-being. Sam has taught doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and students throughout her career. She is really pleased to be working with the Training Hub to support women’s health education for primary care clinicians and managers across BNSSG.
