Charlie Rockwood Farr and Lynne Taylor are multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriters and veterans of the New England music scene who combined forces in 2018 to form Rockwood Taylor.
Their styles cover a broad brush of folk-country-rock ranging from Steve Goodman to Steve Earle, from Patti Smith to Patty Loveless. This edgy Alt-folk/Americana duo have amassed a collection of rootsy, gutsy, honest songs that transcend genre boundaries, taking the listener on a gritty journey through our collective human experience. Based out of Newburyport, MA their debut EP, “Finding Home,” was nominated for 2019 Album of the Year by New England Music Awards.
