Novelists Jennie Godfrey and Susan Fletcher chat to the festival’s guest curator Joe Haddow (BBC Radio 2 Book Club producer and host of the hugely popular Book Off! podcast) – about their new novels, guaranteed to be the books everyone is talking about this summer.
Stand-out debut novelist, Jennie Godfrey, shot straight to the top of the bestseller lists when her novel The List of Suspicious Things was published earlier this year. Costa Award-winning Susan Fletcher’s brand new novel, The Night in Question is a beguiling mystery full of unforgettable characters.
