Show of Strength Theatre Company and Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein have joined forces to present The Frankenstein Experience.
Experience a tour like no other that promises real-life Gothic tales of secrets, lies, scandals and ruined reputations. You’ll be immersed in the dark, complex world of Mary Shelley and her infamous creation, Frankenstein, as you walk in Mary’s footsteps and discover how and where she created her masterpiece in Bath before enjoying an atmospheric journey inside the House of Frankenstein.

Walk in Mary Shelley’s footsteps as she created her Gothic masterpiece. See where she lived and explore Bath’s Regency side streets in a fascinating tale of secrets and lies, suicides and ruined reputations on this award-winning tour.
• Entry to Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein
Discover the incredible story of Mary Shelley and all things Frankenstein on a self-guided tour of the multi award-winning museum. Crammed with unusual items, ominous soundtracks and bespoke smells and effects, the museum delivers an original and entertaining experience.
• Booking required, £24 per person. The maximum number of people per tour is 25, and group bookings are available.
• The tours start outside Sally Lunn’s, 4 North Parade Passage, Bath BA1 1NX and finishes at Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein, 37 Gay Street, Bath BA1 2NT.
• The tour duration (including the museum entry) is up to 2 hours.
