The Twelve Days of Lute-song, with Musicke in the Ayre (RESCHEDULED)

Join local early music specialists Musicke in the Ayre for a pre-Christmas treat with a difference: they present a programme of songs from the 16th and 17th centuries whose only connection with Christmas is that each mentions one or more of the items referenced in “The Twelve Days of Christmas”. Soprano Hunt and lutenist Din Ghani look forward to performing this wonderfully eclectic and hugely enjoyable programme at St Mary’s Bathwick. NB This was originally scheduled for December 7th but had to be postponed because of Storm Darragh.
