Trio Paradis play a Café Concert at St Michael’s at 3.30pm on the last Friday of each month: informal music events which are ‘pay-what-you-feel’ via a retiring collection to cover the performers’ costs, so that everyone can afford to attend.
This month’s programme is inspired by snow, ice and winter landscapes, with music by, Elgar, Vivaldi, Glazunov and others, alongside evenings at the theatre: movements from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite…
Concerts last c45mins. Refreshments – tea, coffee & cakes – are available in the church café before the concert. Booking at www.ticketsource.co.uk/trio is very much appreciated, though not absolutely essential. Turn up early to be sure of a table, as these concerts are popular.
