In this session we will discuss how habit loops and 1% Rules can help you move forward, and prevent procrastination. Once you have mastered one habit change and it becomes an automatic response, you can then repeat the skills in order to work on a second habit-change and eventually embed an “I can do” mentality.
I am Andy Collins, a health and life coach. I am the founder of Carey Phoenix life coaching, and I specialise in the support of those living with chronic and long-term health conditions. I believe that everyone deserves to live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life irrespective of the challenges they may face.
