The Gainsborough Bath Spa Hotel is delighted to share their 2025 dates for a 2-hour yoga and fitness session suitable for all abilities, led by expert teachers Bex Bridgford and Lana King. Held in the tranquil setting of the Chapel, this is the perfect way to elevate your Sunday mornings and step into February with intention, motivation and positivity.

Bex and Lana will guide you through a comprehensive session designed to boost your wellness journey, setting an intention to help you create direction and bringing focus and purpose to your practice. You can expect time of connection with self and intention setting, followed by a fun high-energy targeted workout that seamlessly blends into a soothing yoga practice, concluding with a calm movement session that will leave you feeling completely refreshed and renewed.
