The competition is open to followers of Bath BID only on Instagram.
The competition will commence at 10:00 GMT on 31st January 2025 and all entries must be received by 11:00 GMT on 4th April 2025.
The party accepts responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, ineligible, corrupted or fail to be submitted by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
One winner will be selected at random and announced at approx. 11am on 4th April 2025. They will be contacted privately and requested to share their postal address as tickets are printed copies only.
The winner and their guest must be over 16 years of age.
The Bath BID’s decision is final.Prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, both parties’ reserve the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the competition without notice.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any the Bath BID’s publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner and any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
