Georgina Hayden is an award-winning cook and food writer who writes for publications such as The Telegraph, Delicious Magazine and Observer Food Monthly. In 2021 she was awarded the Fortnum & Mason Best Cookery Writer Award for her work in Waitrose Food magazine!

Now she joins Toppings for her latest book, Nistisima, a celebration of 120 delicious vegan recipes from the Mediterranean and beyond.
