Begin your day with a positive focus in your mind and a huge smile on your face with this 45 minute early morning workshop starting at 8.30am.
The action of laughing affects every system in the body in a positive way and improves physical and mental health. During this laughter yoga workshop, participants will move, smile, breathe and connect with others. All it takes is a willingness to let go of your worries and inhibitions. By laughing together, we trigger the brain into a feelgood state.
Workshop tutor, Bruni Walker is a yoga and massage specialist. She has been working with movement as a therapeutic tool all her life. Her passion is to see the change in people when they accept and love themselves for who they are and she is confident that her workshop participants enjoy the immediate benefits of laughter:
