Exploring two of Japan’s most revered culinary traditions, this Sashimi and Sake Masterclass will be presented by their very own Angelo and Mogi from JFC, alongside Robun’s head chef.
You will taste six styles of sake, learning the basics of how rice is polished and fermented to make this iconic Japanese alcoholic drink, discovering the nuances and different serving temperatures of each sake.
Each sake will be paired with sashimi dishes from the Robun menu, with our chef presenting each course to offer an insight into the history and techniques behind the highly skilled art of sashimi.
