Huma Qureshi talks to journalist Natasha Lunn (Conversations on Love) about Things We Do Not Tell the People We Love, her breath-taking collection of stories about our most intimate relationships: the misunderstandings between families, the silences between friends and the dissonance between lovers.
Huma Qureshi began her career as a journalist for The Guardian and The Observer, writing on culture, feature films, food, design, property, travel and lifestyle. Her memoir How We Met draws on her experiences growing up as a British Muslim.
Natasha Lunn is an author, journalist and features director at Red magazine. Her first book Conversations on Love combines personal essays and intimate, revealing conversations with authors and experts, taking us through the complexities of three key questions: How do we find love? How do we sustain it? And how do we survive when we lose it? To further her understanding of love and relationships, Natasha studied an introductory course to psychotherapy at the Tavistock relationships centre in 2018.
