A combination of yoga and the ‘Be Activated’ technique of muscle activation.
In the session, you will go through a simple yoga sequence, with a focus on breathing and on learning the main activation points to fire up and engage muscles and increase strength, flexibility and balance. Some basic experience with yoga is useful, as this will be an opportunity to improve poses that feel challenging.
Emma Marcello is a physiotherapist and yoga teacher helping people who enjoy an active lifestyle but struggle due to pain or injury. She uses the ‘Be Activated’ technique to identify and undo compensation patterns through neuromuscular activation.
