Experience a fusion of breathwork, mindfulness, yoga and qi-gong with Sarah Davies.

Join Sarah for a mindful movement session as The Soul Spa celebrates the autumn equinox and a time for finding balance and letting go with ease.

Sarah will be using a fusion of mindfulness and breath-based meditation, with an exploration of the body and themes of balance and letting go through gentle mindful movement combining the ancient practices of qi-gong and yoga. This is a very gentle exploration of movement and all fitness levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a bottle of water.
