Nicky will share some of the methods that are successful when implemented into your day, to transform your feelings. You will learn a way to check whether your needs and those of your children are being met, along with experiencing a few techniques to bring into your daily life to help you and your children feel less anxious, become more resilient and enjoy your lives more.
Nicky is a Wellbeing Practitioner, Therapist and a Mindfulness Teacher and has been working in the field of health and wellbeing with adults and children aged ten years and over for 20 years. She teaches clients skills to help them release and cope with various thoughts and emotions, accept themselves as they are, change non-beneficial thought patterns and feel more confident.
