Hand reflexology offers an accessible and effective form of stress and pain relief. It’s easy to learn, can be done anywhere, and is very relaxing.
This is a great introduction to reflexology, especially if you don’t like getting your shoes off! During the workshop, Susie will be showing you points to ease stress and anxiety, help reduce musculoskeletal aches and pains and promote sleep. You will leave with an understanding of what reflexology is, where the points are mapped out on the hands, and how to work the reflexes.
