Role Description
This is a part-time (will also consider full-time) on-site role for a Customer Service and Receptionist in Inigo Business Centre’s Serviced Office Space in Bath. The role involves handling phone calls, receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service to support our clients in Bath.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a similar role or customer-facing position
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Prior experience in similar role in hospitality setting preferred but not essential.
