Membership and Supporter Care Assistant

Part Time (30 hours/4 days per week) | Permanent | £23,419 per annum FTE (£18,735 for 30 hours) plus benefits | Location: Office based in Bath or Hybrid basis.

In this role, you’ll assist our Individual Giving and Membership fundraisers in providing an exceptional experience to our members and supporters.

You’ll often be the first port of call for our members, supporters, potential supporters, and members of the public contacting ROS.

Have you got excellent communication skills with an engaging and professional telephone manner?

Are you an enthusiastic and hard working team player?

Do you have experience of using CRM databases?

We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational and administration skills with the ability to work on their own initiative. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and be committed to delivering a high standard of supporter care. Please note, this role will require a satisfactory Basic DBS Disclosure.

In this role, we’re looking for someone to work from our office based in central Bath. We will also consider applicants who are interested in hybrid working (with a minimum requirement of 2 days in the office).
