An incredible position has arisen for a sales assistant to join our already talented team, working with some of the most beautiful jewellery, precious gemstones & diamonds all while helping clients make memories that last a lifetime.
We are an independent family manufacturing jewellers that places clients at the heart of everything we do, founded in 1975 we have three showrooms and two workshops in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter (where it all began) and since 2018 a showroom and workshop here in the historic city of Bath.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting clients with the purchase of fine jewellery and bespoke commissions while providing an outstanding level of professional and personal service.
Following the customer journey from start to finish, this will involve liaising with our own workshops and diamond suppliers to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.
Maintaining jewellery displays and showroom cleanliness to a high standard that allows our clients to feel welcomed.
General administrative tasks such as monitoring email inbox, placing orders, updating accounts with invoices & other light admin tasks.
Following all security policies to ensure a safe working environment both inside and outside of the workplace.

Experience in jewellery or luxury sales is an advantage, however we welcome all applicants with a positive attitude that are inspired by jewellery and willing to learn within the role as full training on jewellery will be provided.
