As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Boutique/Showroom to deliver the sales targets and achieve key
objectives.
Building on your leadership skills, retail and product knowledge, you will be a dedicated and committed team player offering consistent support to the Showroom Team; with a passion for delivering excellent client experience ensuring that everyone has the luxury experience they have come to expect from our Showrooms / Boutiques.
You will support the Showroom Manager/Director(s) by planning and delivering the Floor and Showroom business plan, setting clear objectives and performance standards for colleagues whilst keeping all costs within budget and operating procedures in line with their high standards.
