The ultimate celebration of the ReBalance Bath – Festival of Wellbeing!

Join the Bath BID’s Wellness Experts for a day filled with fitness and wellbeing activities. Get your trainers or join with a breathing exercise at the ReBalance Bath Wellbeing Day. Here are some of the highlights:

  • Get your body moving in one of the exercise classes
  • Breathe and learn in one of the wellness classes
  • Discover local wellness brands in the Health and Wellbeing market and treat yourself to something different

The ReBalance Bath Wellbeing Day has been designed to give you a taste of the kind of activities that you can do during the ReBalance Bath Festival. Choose from three sessions in the Running Order to get the full effect of the day.

Meet the Wellness Experts
Andy and Connor – Bath Fit Fam

Bath FitFam is a community health and fitness group, offering free fitness group sessions and special pop-up events.

They want to unite the people of Bath under the umbrella of health and wellness – helping foster a sense of community.

Siobhain and Jess – Dance Fit Bath

Siobhain and Jess bring the workout to the dance-floor in their friendly, funky, WORK OUT OUTS. No such thing as a wrong move, only an unexpected solo! Shortlisted for a Bath Life Award this year, Dance Fit Bath are all about community over competition, and offering a killer workout that keeps you smiling the entire time. 

Bex Bridgford –Yoga and Wild Wellness

Bex is an advanced yoga teacher who has trained with some of the top yoga teachers from around the world and is known for her contagious positive energy. Her integrative approach weaves together a playful style with deep knowledge of the human body, mind, and spirit, this enables her to connect with her students, and she believes yoga is available to anyone.

Madeline Blackburn – The Soul Spa

Madeline is the owner of The Soul Spa, a place of serenity where you can learn and practice all things concerned with the mind and mind-body connection. They aim to offer an oasis of calm where in you can discover your inner world of peace and healing.

Nicola Macdonald – Bath Mindfulness

Digital wellbeing talk

Nicola’s talk will discuss how phones impact our mental and emotional resilience. Covering areas such as phone addiction owing to persuasive design, self-esteem validation feedback loops, and anxiety inducing apps. Perpetuating a cycle of self attack over self kindness and compassion. She will then follow this up with tips on how to approach technology more mindfully, helping you to strike a healthier balance with technology.
