The Wylde Creatures of Bath Trail – Terms and Conditions

Join this free Window Trail Competition run by Bath Business Improvement District from 1^st July to 31^st August.
The prize draw is open to all UK residents and is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

The winners of the 0-10 age group will receive the following:

• Acrylic Pens and Art Supplies (including their own black sketchbook*)
• A silver pendant engraved with your animal drawing from Wylde Jewellers for your parent
• A £50 Bath Gift Card

The winners of the 11-18 age group will receive the following:

• Acrylic Pens and Art Supplies (including their own black sketchbook*)
• A box of flapjacks from the Flapjackery
• A Painted Bird from Fat Giraffe Gifts
• A £50 Bath Gift Card

The winners of the 18+ age group will receive the following:

• Acrylic Pens and Art Supplies (including their own black sketchbook*)
• A Silk Mask and Sound Bath at the Soul Spa
• A Whittards Hamper worth £100
• A £50 Bath Gift Card

*Be like our artist Miriam Zaccarelli and create wonderful pieces of art inside a black sketchbook.

To Enter:

Claim your ‘Wylde Creatures of Bath’ Trail booklet from the following places:

Participants need to follow the Window Trail inside the Competition Booklet to find all 25 animals in the windows.

Each participating shop will have a window sticker on display.

You need to write the name of the animal next to the shop name in the Competition booklet. The 0-10 age group need to complete the ‘Draw Your Own Animal’ section on the back of the Competition booklet to claim the prize.

All complete competition booklets must be submitted by posting it to 11A York Street, Bath, BA1 1NG

Only one entry per person is permitted and the prizes will be given to the person with the age group.

To be included in the prize draw, all entrants must submit their name, address, email address and age. Children under the age of 18 years old may submit an entry and include the contact details of a guardian or parent.

Terms and Conditions

1. Personal Information:
   • The name, email address, and address provided by entrants will be used solely for contacting prize winners. This information will be processed securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other relevant legislation.
   • Entrants’ personal information will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. It will only be retained for administrative purposes related to prize allocation.
2. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be chosen by our judges from all completed entries to receive the stated prizes.
   • Winners will be selected randomly from all completed entries on September 1st. If a winner fails to respond with their postal address within 14 days of notification, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.
3. Prize Details:
   • No cash alternative will be offered for the prize, which is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
   • By submitting an entry to the art competition, entrants approve the use of their image.
4. Responsibility and Communication:
   • Bath BID accepts no responsibility for incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly posted entries.
   • The decision of Bath BID regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. Acceptance and Refusal:
   • Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
   • Bath BID reserves the right to refuse entry or withhold the prize from anyone in breach of these terms.
6. Promotion Changes:
   • Bath BID may cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons beyond its control, without liability to entrants or third parties.
