Hate Crime Awareness Training

As part of National Hate Crime Awareness Week (10 to 17 October 2026), Bath BID is please to invite you to a free, interactive training session delivered by SARI (Stand Against Racism & Inequality), a charity with over 30 years’ experience supporting victims of hate crime and helping organisations build more inclusive communities.
This engaging session will explore hate crime, hate incidents, discrimination and the Equality Act, giving attendees the confidence to recognise, prevent and respond appropriately to incidents affecting vulnerable and minoritised groups.
Designed for businesses operating within Bath’s daytime and night-time economy, the training includes practical guidance, real-life scenarios, and interactive activities to help staff feel better equipped to support colleagues, customers, and visitors.
