St Swithin’s Church is a welcoming and diverse church that is passionate about opening the doors for community groups and events. The venue has hosted performances and workshops from groups such as the Bath Minerva Choir and Bath Choral Society.
In 1764 Jane Austen’s father George Austen was married to Cassandra Leigh at St Swithin’s Church Bath. Copies of the marriage certificate can be bought from Bath Aqua Glass in Walcot Street proceeds to Wild Walcot bringing nature into the city.
