The Royal Hotel, Bath

The Royal is a Grade II listed building and it first opened as a hotel in 1846. The present owners have owned it since 1995. The lovely hotel has undergone a programme of refurbishment and upgrading to improve facilities whilst maintaining the classic architectural style of the property, which was designed by the renowned engineer and architect Brunel. All of the rooms are individually decorated and very well maintained and the restaurant – Brasserie Brunel – has been styled to capture the atmosphere of a Parisian brasserie.

Just a few minutes’ walk from The Royal takes you to stunning locales. Visit the grand Georgian town houses or take a stroll across the Pulteney Bridge and explore the many shops close by.
