Cooking Fast, Delicious + Spicy at Morso Vegan

This is one of the most popular courses at Morso Vegan, but with added spice. The dishes will be quick and easy to make. Using the best of what’s in season you’ll make some tasty recipes that are great mid-week meals.
On this Fast and Delicious – Spicy class you will make dishes which take around thirty minutes to prepare and cook, saving you time and effort in the kitchen.
The dishes themselves will depend on what’s seasonally available, but expect recipes such as:
Pad Thai
Jackfruit Noodle Salad
Mapo Dou Fou
Keralan Thoran with Mung Beans
Vietnamese Squash Curry
The course involves a mixture of demonstration and hands on cookery, and is led by experienced chef tutors who can answer all of your cooking questions.
