There are four dining time slots available to book: 18:45, 19:00, 19:15 and 19:30

Join the Pump Room Restaurant this Easter, for a delicious seasonal three-course menu, accompanied by the talented sounds of their resident pianist.

On The Menu

Starters

Organic watercress soup, chive cream, rye croute (v)

Ham hock terrine, soft egg, English mustard, capers

Mature Cheddar and spring onion tart, wild garlic, rocket (v)

Smoked salmon with fennel, cucumber, and a caviar lemon herb dressing

Mains 

Navarin of lamb, new potatoes, spring vegetables

Grilled sea bass, purple sprouting broccoli, baby potatoes, chervil butter sauce

Lemon, thyme and butter roast chicken, creamed potato, wilted baby spinach

Gnocchi, asparagus, roast cherry tomatoes, sage butter sauce (v) (ve)

 21 day aged sirloin steak, chunky chips, spring garden salad, peppercorn sauce or garlic herb butter (£5.00 supplement)
