Father Christmas and his elves will be busy in Bath this winter!
Father Christmas is making a special stop at No.1 Royal Crescent again this year (6th December – 21st December), where he’s also keen to experience the ’12 Tales of a Georgian Christmas’ tour! Book your visit online.
Father Christmas’s Grotto at The Holburne (27th November – 23rd December) is a magical interactive experience in the heart of Bath. Booking ahead online is highly recommended.
From 27th November to 14th December, Bath Christmas market is back! All the familiar favourite festive sights and smells are a perfect way to get you feeling in the mood for some quality time with your families and friends this year.
Get Your Skates On
Time to limber up, Bath on Ice is back! Head to Royal Victoria Park from 14th November to 4th January for some festive fun. Bath on Ice’s Alpine Bar will be serving delicious food, spicy mulled wine and hot chocolate; ideal to warm you up after a spin around the rink.
Combine a trip to Bath on Ice with a round of Glow Golf. The illuminated 18-hole adventure golf course has become a staple of the city’s winter calendar, with couples, families and friends challenging each other to a round with glow-in-the-dark golf balls.

Christmas returns to the Theatre Royal Bath in style this year, with a range of shows and events for all ages running through December and January.
